Rules & Regulations / Application

Applications:

Only the first (20) applications received by September 1, 2012 will be accepted into the competition.  Applicants must be 5-15 years of age.  Individual or group of ten or less will be accepted.  Applications must be completely filled out, signed by participant or legal guardian.    All applications can be mailed to FL Chamber; C/O Jeff Horner, PO Box 215; Findley Lake, NY  14736 or email to jhorner2009@gmail.com. If you have any questions at all please don’t hesitate to call Jeff Horner at 814-397-4461.  IMPORTANT!  All entries must provide their own music on a CD or I-POD device.

Tryouts & Final Performance:  Same Day!  Sunday, Sept. 2

Auditions start on Sunday, Sept. 2 @ 2 pm.  Contestants will have two minutes to perform a routine of their choice. The original group of contestants will be narrowed down to ten finalists.      

Final Performance:

Begin @ 4 pm on Sunday, Sept. 2.  This will consist of the ten finalists from the day before.  Contestants will have three minutes to perform their final routine. 

Judging: 

Contestants will be judged on talent, originality, and stage presence.  There will be three judges all with an equal vote.  The FLACC will select (3) impartial judges from (3) different age groups.
